Mexican food is pretty popular in our family considering that I grew up in the Southwest, just exterior of Phoenix, Arizona. When I moved to the East Coastline, I brought my really like for Mexican food with me.

Unfold a layer of sour cream on major. Increase chopped tomatoes on major of sour cream and finish with a layer of cheese. Area back in the oven for 5 minutes to melt cheese. Unfold a layer of Nacho chips on your dinner plate. Spoon Rio Grande over major, let established for 5 minutes prior to serving.

Warmth oil in a big skillet and saute onion, garlic, mushrooms, eco-friendly pepper and corn for 3 minutes. Stir in beans, tomatoes, spices and wine Simmer for 30 minutes. Place a layer of tortillas in a greased rectangular baking dish. Best with a layer of sauce, 50 % of the grated cheese and 50 % of the cheese-yogurt mixture. Repeat the levels. Bake for fifteen-20 minutes.
